"In addition to the review of group sessions, I wanted to update because I've been doing private sessions and those deserve a rating of their own. In just three private sessions, Johna's intuitive facilitation of self - exploration and healing has blown me away. Going deeper with her in private has really helped me sort out a tangle of old underlying beliefs and patterns that I was somewhat aware of but didn't know what to do with before. Her ability to witness, hold space, and gently nudge me through the process of acceptance and transcendence stays with me long past our time together. She meets me where I'm at while also giving an inspiring "bigger picture" perspective, with her own contributions of honesty, nonjudgment and reminders of the importance of patience and gentleness in dealing with ourselves. I realize spending money on something so abstract as therapy may feel like an obstacle to some, but I feel my investments have paid back many times over and will continue to, thanks to Johna's encouragement that her clients take the practice of EFT out of her lovely sanctuary and into their day-to-day lives."
