"Johna is amazing! Could not give her enough stars. I kept hearing about EFT, so I decided to try it even though I don't see myself as traumatized or depressed.
We ended up tapping on so many things-- money, success, love, happiness, my future... I ended up releasing so many small hang ups I was holding onto from old friendships and relationships. Afterwards I felt to empowered, focused, and incredibly optimistic.
One of the things we tapped on was my desire to branch more into my spiritual/mystical side as I feel like I suppress it in my daily life, and the next week I signed up for a psychic mediumship class and LOVED it. I'm opening up a new side of myself-- it's really exciting.
Just spending the time with Johna to sit down and reflect on my creative and emotional blocks (no matter how subtle they were) allowed me to push past them during one session and feel so much lighter and happier afterwards.
I would like to maintain a somewhat regular session just to keep myself sharp and open-- hopefully I can make time for it in my busy schedule! (Maybe next time I will tap on business). ^_^"
