This workshop is geared towards ensuring that you will have the skills to use EFT on your own. Launch into a new way of caring for yourself by taking a refreshing and effective approach to loving yourself into living your greatest joy.
E.F.T. stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is a potent and simple self-healing tool that is an amalgamation of a variety of methods derived from eastern medicine, western psychology, and powerful fundamental spiritual principles. This modality rolls them into one with the use of linguistic exercises while applying a percussive tapping on the meridians (the energetic wiring system used in acupuncture) to release excess emotional charge from the bodies energetic wiring that has jammed the body’s natural ability to rapidly heal and balance itself. EFT goes quantum as you began to unlock old patterns stored in your bodies energy meridians and release life long issues.
In Johna Goldenflame’s Emotional Freedom Technique workshop for beginners we will discusswhat E.F.T. is and how it works.Participants will undergo an in depth group E.F.T. process for:
• Dissolving procrastination and self-sabotage
• Releasing fear, doubt, and pessimism about our self-healing abilities•Releasing any fear of change
•Recalibration and optimization of the mind’s physiology
•Naturally create supportive behaviors
Receive the tools to work with E.F.T. at home:
•How to set-up an E.F.T. session
•Powerful ways to reframe your orientation for core areas
•Each person will receive and begin working with their own personal timeline analysis curriculum.
All participants must RSVP in advance to ensure supplies and handouts. Some healthy snacks are provided, bring some to share!
$125 in advance, $150 the week before. Some scholarships available!
