"Coming into Johna's office was a real challenge for me. I had heard a lot of things about EFT and suffice to say that I was skeptical. I have done a lot of other spiritual and mental practices and I was not very open to the possibility that this one could be beneficial. What I got out of our hour and a half session was remarkable. Johna is an incredible listener and she has great intuition and somehow "pinned me down" and facilitated and assisted in pulling some very deep and latent emotions that were stirring around and effecting my life in many different ways! We started dealing with a problem that I was feeling that was immediate to my current life and through Johna's insight we were able to connect those current feelings to something that happened to me (that I had forgotten about) when I was a little boy. Johna guided me through a meditation where I visualized that little boy, lonely and confused, and showered him with love. I am coming to tears right now as I write this. Just know that this was one of the greatest healing sessions that I have ever experienced. That experience that I had as a little boy will always be with me, but now I relate to it MUCH differently. I walked out of Johna's office feeling like a new person. The best part of it all is that the transformation has stuck with me. HAHAHAH!! I cannot wait for our next session! Thank You."
